About the Grove Arcade

Opened in 1929 by E.W. Grove, developer of Grove Park Inn, The Grove Arcade, is a place of intrigue and history for the city of Asheville. Also known as the Arcade Building or the Asheville Federal Building, It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. Today, it features shops and restaurants on the first floor, as well as office space and upscale residence. Find out more here!
